Bai Yunxiang, born in 1956 in Guantao, Hebei, graduated from the Fine Arts College of Hebei Normal University in 1982. Now he serves as a Professor and Master Supervisor of the Fine Arts College, Vice Chairman of the Hebei Artists Association, and enjoys special allowance from the State Council.
His works have won the Excellent Work Award of the “Sixth National Art Exhibition”, Bronze Medal of the Ninth and Tenth Art Exhibition, Huang Binhong Award, Silver Medal of the Exhibition of 300 Outstanding Chinese Painting Artists of the China Artists Association, and the only gold medal in the Soul of China – Ode to the Great Wall International Art Exhibition.
His works have been collected by institutions including National Art Museum of China and Taiwan Art Museum of Mountain.
