At 4 pm Beijing time on November 1, Moldovan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to China H.E. Jelimalai met with Director General of Beijing Peace Tour Cultural Exchange Center Mr. Shao Changchun at Peace Tour’s Beijing Office. They had old friend-like communication to discuss issues regarding culture cooperation and trade, etc.

Ambassador Jelimalai hopes that Chinese businessmen can take advantage of the free trade agreements of Moldova with 26 countries in the CIS, 28 countries in the EU, as well as Turkey, Middle East and other countries and regions to invest and do business in Moldova. Mr. Shao Changchun agreed with Ambassador Jelimalai's proposal, and hoped that mutual trust and friendship between people of the two countries could be deepened through mutual efforts, so as to promote extensive cooperation in the fields including culture and economy.

At the end of the meeting, the two sides stated that they will maintain close contact to boost the pragmatic cooperation between China and Moldova.
