Derya Var, born in 1964, graduated from Dokuz Eylul University in Izmir. She is currently the Presient of the World Art Olympics Association in Turkey, President of Turkish National Committee of World Art Games and member of the International Activist Artists Association in Turkey. She has participated in more than 40 national and international exhibitions and art shows. Her artworks are collected by museums in Tunisia, Greece, Canada and Japan.
