Yemcev Valerii, born in Ukraine, graduated from Applied Arts of the Moscow Textile Institute in 1980. In 2005, he served as the Chairman of the international organization Art Without Borders. His works are widely ranged in form, and he has participated in many domestic and foreign art exhibitions. His works have been collected in Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Poland, the United States, France, Germany, Turkey and other countries.
