In December 2010, Head of Peace Tour Delegation Li Zhaoxing, Deputy Head Tian Peiliang, and Secretary General Shao Changchun led the Delegation to visit Cambodia, Laos and Singapore. State Secretary of Cambodian Ministry of Culture and Art Som Sokun received the Delegation and held a discussion. The Peace Tour Delegation visited the Royal University of Fine Art in Cambodia and presented paints and computers to the Academy. The Delegation was cordially received by King Sihamoni of Cambodia, and donated 20 tons of rice as well as art supplies such as violins and paints to his team. The Royal University of Fine Art in Cambodia conferred the “Honorary Professor” certificate to the Peace Tour artists. Head of Peace Tour Delegation Li Zhaoxing and his wife presented the violin to the Lao Minister of Information and Culture Mounkeo Olaboun. The Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia conferred the “Kingdom of Cambodia Royal Meritorious Artist” to the artists of the delegation. The President of the Laos Choummaly Sayasone and Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong received the Peace Tour Delegation, who visted the Laos Academy of Art and donated teaching materials such as computers. Head of Delegation Li Zhaoxing presented a violin to the President of the Laos Choummaly Sayasone. President of Chinese Calligraphy Society of Singapore Professor Chen Shenggui received and held a banquet for the Peace Tour Delegation.
