Peace Tour Organizing Committee mourns the death of Former King Sihanouk. On the morning of October 15th, the Director General of the Peace Tour Cultural Exchange Center and the Secretary General of the Global Peace Tour of World-famous Chinese Artists with Their Drawings Organizing Committee Shao Changchun sent a letter of condolence to the Cambodian Embassy in China on behalf of Peace Tour. The eulogy is as follows:
Dear Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia in China,
We are deeply saddened by the death of Former King Sihanouk, who was not only an outstanding leader of Cambodia, but respected and loved by all of Cambodian people. He was a world-renowned statesman, a long-tested and determined old friend of Chinese people. He was highly respected in Chinese and international society. His death is a huge loss for us all.
In this sadness, we extend our most sincere mourning and condolences to you and Cambodian people. We are willing to inherit the legacy of King Sihanouk to promote the continuous development of friendly cooperation between China and Cambodia.
